Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed. Please allow additional time during drops, launches, holidays, or high-volume periods. 

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. 

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. 

Shipping Delays

Bandit Studios is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control. 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is provided, Bandit Studios is not responsible for lost or returned packages. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been marked as delivered, Bandit Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you believe your package is missing.
